For more than 50 years, Central Pacific Trading Co. has been operating in Tajimi, Gifu—one of Japan's most renowned tile production regions—as a specialized trading company dedicated exclusively to Japanese-made tiles.
With a mission to share the beauty and craftsmanship of Japanese tiles with the world, we export our products to customers across the globe, including the United States, Australia, Europe, and Asia.
Tajimi City, where our company is based, is widely known as one of Japan's leading tile production centers. Many manufacturers, factories, and skilled craftsmen are concentrated in this region. In addition to our strong local network in Tajimi, we maintain close partnerships with production areas throughout Japan, allowing us to provide high-quality tiles with reliable supply and efficient delivery.

We export Japanese-made tiles to countries around the world, with the United States as one of our primary markets. In addition to ongoing supply for distributors and partners, we also support project-based inquiries for a wide range of developments, including hotels, commercial facilities, airports, hospitals, and residential projects.
Beyond exporting the products we carry, we also work with clients to develop tile products tailored to their specific needs.
B&D minoyaki
B&D minoyaki is a lifestyle brand of Mino ware created with the idea of bringing the beauty of Tajimi’s tiles closer to everyday life.
These include accessories, small plates, and craft tiles designed for creative use.
Our Products
At Central Pacific Trading Co., we primarily offer two brands: CEPAC Collection and B&D Collection. In addition, we also provide access to a wide range of in-stock products from various Japanese manufacturers.
All of the tiles we handle are made in Japan, allowing us to offer diverse solutions suited to different applications and spaces.
Compared with many overseas products, Japanese tiles are known for their excellent durability and quality. They can be used in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments, including kitchens, bathrooms, swimming pools, and exterior walls.
CEPAC Collection
The CEPAC Collection is a brand developed by Cepac Tile, a company based in the United States. The collection is built around the concept of bringing high-quality Japanese-made tiles to customers around the world.
It features a wide range of tiles, including mosaic tiles, available in a variety of shapes, colors, and designs, offering versatile options for both residential and commercial spaces.
B&D Collection
The B&D Collection is based on the concept of expanding the possibilities of Japanese tiles. The collection features highly design-oriented tiles, including textured surfaces and distinctive forms that highlight creativity and individuality.
